How many musicians can I have at my event?

Our smallest ensemble is a trio, though we typically recommend a quartet for the best musical experience. If you're interested in a larger group, just let us know,we're happy to customize our lineup to suit your event and budget.

What are your rates?

Pricing varies depending on the type of event, location, and performance requirements. Our rates start at $750 for a trio and $1,200 for a quartet, which includes up to three hours of performance time. Additional fees may apply for extended performances. If you're not sure what package is right for your event, we'd be happy to discuss your options.

What kind of music do you play?

The Vic Row Collective specializes in jazz, performing everything from classic swing and Latin jazz to contemporary standards and vocal features. Our musicians are highly versatile and can tailor the repertoire to fit the atmosphere of your event. We’re also happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

What types of events do you perform at?

Anywhere great music is needed! We regularly perform at weddings, corporate functions, holiday parties, galas, private events, festivals, and community celebrations. If you're planning an event and think live jazz would be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.

What do I need to provide?

Very little! We bring all of the equipment required for our performance. We simply ask that access to electrical outlets is available when amplification is needed. Beyond that, you can relax and enjoy the music.

Can I join the collective? How does it work?

The collective is an organized group of some of PEI's best jazz musicians. There is no formal commitment and the roster will work on a rotational basis. If you're interested in joining, we are creating a call list of musicians. Send us a message and a musical resume. 

What is the payment process and cancellation policy?

Payment for appearances are due upon booking. cancellation within 2 weeks will be eligible for a 50% refund.
